Why People Stay
Lawn care is hard work. Long hours in the heat, early mornings, physical demands that most people wouldn’t sign up for twice. So when someone stays season after season, it says something about the environment they’re working in. Or, maybe they just really like the smell of freshly cut grass.

The team you see above is our core. They’re here year-round, and they set the standard for everything we do. But every spring, we bring on around 10 additional seasonal team members to keep up with the demand. Each one goes through the same training, follows the same systems, and works alongside our experienced crew so the quality never drops. By the time they’re on your property, they know how things are done the Maedgen way.
